Joseph Holtgreive

Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Engineering

Joe Holtgreive is responsible for counseling students who are struggling academically or with personal issues, and for helping them identify ways to be successful. As director of McCormick's Personal Development StudioLab, Joe provides resources and opportunities that help students grow both personally and academically.

Holtgreive is McCormick's liaison with the study abroad office and evaluates all curriculum petitions and credit transfers. He also teaches a section of McCormick's first-year engineering design and communications course.

He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from McCormick, an EdM from Harvard, and is a trained mediator.
