Anabella was born and raised in Kigali, Rwanda and moved to the United States to purse higher studies. She graduated in 2018 with a computer science degree from WPI and started her software engineering career shortly afterwards.

She is broadly interested in the emerging approaches of learning human intelligence and cognition through different AI approaches such as knowledge representation, language models, and other learning methodologies

Anabella loves reading fictional books, and since moving to Chicago, she enjoys going for early morning swims in the lake. She is also an aunt to three beautiful boys.
