Yijie Li
Yijie received his bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from University College Dublin (UCD) and Beijing University of Technology (BJUT). He was a research intern at Tsinghua University in 2022~2023, focusing on generative adversarial networks (GAN) and image manipulation, advised by Professor Yongjin Liu. Before that, He was working as a research assistant, focusing on the application of computer vision in remote sensing and efficient semantic segmentation algorithms, supervised by Professor Soumyabrata Dev and Professor Shaofan Wang at UCD and BJUT.
He will continue to follow cutting-edge research in the field of computer vision and generative AI and optimize existing models and algorithms to improve their robustness in computationally resource-constrained situations. He believes that lightweight and efficient AI models can further enhance the popularity of AI applications in the information age.
