Lai earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tongji University, where she developed a strong foundation in data analysis and machine learning. Her academic journey nurtured a deep interest in computer vision and natural language processing.

Lai gained valuable hands-on experience during two internships at the Institute of Intelligent Machines, CAS, where she worked on medical image detection projects. Additionally, during her internship at iFlytek, she contributed to a project focused on human pose estimation in intelligent driving systems.

With a passion for advancing AI research, Lai is committed to deepening her technical expertise and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. She is particularly interested in exploring the practical applications of AI in real-world scenarios, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical advancements and their tangible impact.
