Weihao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Shandong University, where he specialized in Artificial Intelligence. His enthusiasm for AI is driven by its transformative potential and its ability to enhance overall well-being. Weihao is passionate about applying AI technology to industry challenges and integrating it into various facets of everyday life.
During his undergraduate studies, Weihao gained valuable experience as a research intern at C-FAIR, established by Nanyang Technological University and Shandong University. His research focused on natural language processing (NLP), and the security of machine learning algorithms. Notably, he worked on text hashing techniques, keyword extraction, and developed innovative algorithms in federated learning.
Weihao further honed his skills through internships as a Machine Learning Engineer at Red Book and FaceMind, where he specialized in applying LLMs in industry contexts. His work included developing recommendation pipelines using multi-modal large models and fine-tuning these models to create retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in AI, Weihao is committed to pursuing a career as a Machine Learning Engineer in the internet industry.
