Xiao Qin (Spencer) is a Computer Science graduate with one year of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
During his undergraduate studies, Spencer focuses on social issues and has developed, with the integration of AI technology, a stray pet adoption system and a news application friendly to visually impaired individuals, both implemented in the community. After graduation, he accepted a position as a Machine Learning Engineer, applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to intelligent document Q&A and engineering computations and modeling agents, gaining experience in model fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Recently, he has been providing technical support at a startup company, ACCUNOTEAI, which specializes in AI-assisted meeting summaries, primarily used in financial conferences.
Upon completing the MSAI program, Spencer aims to work with teams dedicated to leveraging AI to transform industries and help humanity benefit from these powerful technologies.
