People / Students / Class of 2025
I graduated from the University of Chicago with an Art History major and a Molecular Engineering minor in 2021. I loved the flexibility I was given to expand my cultural foundation whilst also challenging myself through the STEM curriculum, economics electives, and MBA courses at the Booth School of Business. I then worked as the de facto in-house blockchain and Web3 specialist at Christie’s New York, advising executives, legal, and other Kering brands on the intricacies of token-based economics at the peak of the emerging Web3 market. I leveraged this expertise at an incubator, where I managed a diversity of blockchain projects and helped raise a $12 million round for a decentralized freelancer network. As the lead developer of a private cryptocurrency trading tool, I harnessed advanced analytics (Python [Pandas, NumPy], SQL) and the blockchain’s public ledger (Etherscan API) to optimize copy-trading strategies, achieving significant financial success. This experience ignited my passion for applying data science and statistics tooling to uncover insights, driving me to pursue a Master’s in the field. I am fascinated by inefficient markets and the complexities of human behavior, and I am eager to build deeper fluency in the powerful languages of data science and machine learning at Northwestern’s Master’s in Machine Learning and Data Science! On a more personal note, I am a Franco-American from Los Angeles and Paris. In my free time, I love to cook new recipes, travel around the world, play racquet sports, and people-watch with a coffee in hand. Through my international background, I have a proclivity towards cultural connectivity, and I instinctively seek to foster common ground and meaningful interaction with all those around me. As a board member of the McCormick Graduate Leadership Council, I am excited to continue cultivating diverse connections with graduate students and industry leaders alike.
