Biography
Mr. Meyer joined McShane Development Company as Chief Financial Officer in November 1999. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Meyer is responsible for managing the overall finances for McShane Development Company through direction of the firm's financial plans and policies along with its accounting practices. Mr. Meyer has established and maintains the firm's relationships with lending institutions and the financial community. He also oversees the firm's treasury function and provides periodic reports to the senior management team regarding the operations and long-term growth plans. He is responsible for the annual financial auditing of the firm as well as the management of the company's risk exposure and insurance programs. In addition, Mr. Meyer monitors corporate legal issues as well as manages the company's human resources and technology departments. Mr. Meyer has a strong financial planning and analysis background with extensive experience in business solutions development.
