Biography
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Instruction of IEMS at Northwestern. I teach courses in the interface of statistics, data science, and engineering. My goal is to connect students to applying statistical reasoning to real-world decision-making.
My current research focuses on designing computational methods for high-dimensional statistical analysis in physical sciences. Specifically, I am interested in development of Gaussian process methods for Bayesian emulation and calibration problems. I am currently affiliated with Bayesian Analysis of Nuclear Dynamics (BAND) collaboration framework.
Prior to joining Northwestern, I worked in the Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety (CHEPS) at University of Michigan on multiple projects, assessing and improvement patient outcomes.
