Curriculum
This is a non-thesis MS program. Most students should complete the program in three quarters. International students will be issued F-1 visas lasting 15 months to complete the 12-unit requirement, from the beginning of the fall quarter of a given academic year to the end of the fall quarter in the following academic year. Each student is required to take at least one 499 independent research project under the joint supervision of ME and MSE faculty members. A 499 project culminates in a final report submitted to the advising faculty.
