Biotechnology has the potential to change the world. In the U.S., biotech jobs are vast and varied, but a select number of cities have become concentrated hot spots for companies leading innovation in the field. These "bioclusters" are home to Fortune 100 companies and startups, and dozens of organizations in between. Graduates of Northwestern Engineering's Master of Biotechnology Program (MBP) work in each of the bioclusters listed below and offer an introduction to the city's culture and why it is a hub for biotechnology.
