Information Sessions

MSIT offers both online and in-person information sessions. These sessions differ slightly in format so that you can choose the option that best meets your schedule and format preference. If no dates are listed, prospective students may call to connect with the MSIT program.

Information sessions generally include the following:

  • An overview of the MSIT program, both full-time and part-time options
  • Review of the reasons why the MSIT program is a good choice for IT professionals
  • Criteria for acceptance
  • What the program entails, an overview of courses, and timeframes for completion
  • Question and answer session with the co-director and associate director
  • Food and drink reception with candidates

Online

We invite you to learn more about the Master of Science in Information Technology program by attending an online information session. Held in a webinar-style format, these information sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to hear more about the program's distinctive features and curriculum—as well as giving us ample time to answer any questions you might have.

The online information session highlights:

  • Reasons why employers are looking for candidates with a specific combination of business and technology skills - and how Northwestern's unique program trains you in both.
  • Ways to easily navigate this part-time master's degree while maintaining an active job schedule. A full-time option is also available.
  • Program details, overview of courses, timeframes for completion, and criteria for acceptance.

The webinar offers a great opportunity to take advantage of a Q&A session with the associate director, to ask your individual questions.

Join our next online information session:

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 7:00 P.M. CST
