Alumni Ambassadors

The Alumni Ambassadors was created to assure alumni stakeholders had a voice in the future direction of the program. Graduates bring a unique perspective on curriculum and other logistical issues, and also serve as recruiters and program advocates.

Goals

The goals of the Alumni Ambassadors are to:

• Evaluate the health of the program.
• Develop and implement strategic plans.
• Ensure the program’s curriculum and course offerings remain relevant and applicable. 
• Helps plan social and networking activities.

The alumni ambassador program provides structured opportunities for MSIT graduates to remain connected with the program, including giving alumni the chance to: 

• Connect with prospective students to talk about their experience in MSIT 
• Present their career story to current students 
• Facilitate job or internship opportunities  
• Organize a tour of their company to MSIT students
