I'm Qing Hao, a vivacious Chinese girl who is constantly passionate about the things I like. I recently received my honors bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology. I had five working experiences, three of which were with Fortune 500 organizations. Using SQL and Python to do databases, data analysis, and business analysis during my internship at Tencent and Yunzheng taught me about information technology. After that, when I interned at Didi, my understanding and enthusiasm for information technology grew even further. I worked on driver retention enhancement projects with my mentor, applying my data analysis, business operations, and machine learning XGBoost model, and we were able to achieve that after the first implementation cycle, driver retention increased by 20%, allowing the company to achieve a 5% profit increase over the previous cycle. In this project, I'm also the liaison among the several teams. I'm also interested in innovation; Therefore, I conducted some scientific research. As the project leader, I worked with my coworkers to design a website that uses deep learning and natural language processing to assist patients test whether they have gotten breast cancer online, with a final accuracy of 95% and a paper published in SPIE. In the short term, I would like to kick off my career path as a data scientist. In the long run, I aim to become a manager of an organization, and I seek opportunities to build my own data-driven business that can make greater social impacts.
