Ena Joshi is a full time student at Northwestern University where she is pursuing Master’s in Information Technology. After completing her under Gard degree in Electronics and Communication engineering, she was recruited by KPMG India under their pioneering Digital Transformation practice. Her professional experience has been the biggest turning point of her career, having served in this field for five years and having acquired profound insights on the indispensable nature of IT and versatile experience in formulation of IT strategy, Process design, Bid Management and Project Management by delivering large scale technology transformation projects. The copious amounts of learnings and experience in the field of IT and Digital Consulting, that, in turn, fueled her passion to pursue a Master’s course in a related discipline. Through this course, Ena wants to dive deeper and understand the cross-functional perspective of information technology, business strategies through the flexible MSIT curriculum and hopes to become a highly impactful woman leader in the STEM Industry. Ena aspires to pursue a career in the field of IT and Product Management to design, develop and implement technologies that improve access to the world's information and at the same time shape her into a well-rounded individual. In addition to this, Ena is an ardent Rock n Roll fan, her favorite artists being Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and loves attending concerts, and trying new cafes and cuisines.
