Mr. Alexy Kaplun immigrated to the US from Kiev, Ukraine in 1991 and grew up in the Chicagoland area. He graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep in 2003 and from the University of Southern California in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, focusing on Entrepreneurship. During college, he co-founded Inavante, LLC in 2005, connecting US companies with international software development talent through custom software development and staffing services for US Fortune 1000 clients.
After graduating, Alexy joined Merrill Lynch in Chicago, IL, in Wealth Management while managing his IT consulting business part-time. He obtained his Series 7 and 66 trading licenses and continued growing his consulting company. In 2012, he left the corporate world to focus on Inavante full-time, expanding and leading the business for 8 years. In 2020, he co-founded LeoDoc Inc., a telehealth company, where he serves as Chief Product Officer.
Currently, Alexy is dedicated to enhancing his technical expertise to be a more effective leader, understanding how technology drives business outcomes. He seeks opportunities to work with emerging technologies like robotics, AI, and blockchain to create products that improve people's daily lives.
