I am a Quality and Process Engineer for Motorola Solutions in Elgin, IL. My role at the company includes engineering a robust, efficient process so that someone, regardless of experience or knowledge level, can create complex communication systems to a high level of quality that is consistent over time and to the level of expectation that our customers have grown to expect. It is challenging, fast paced, and requires teamwork. I am currently working on completing my green belt project that will revolutionize operations at the manufacturing facility where I work. In the past, I have served in the United States Air Force as an RF Transmissions Systems Technician where I gained valuable experience in environments ranging from classroom instruction to active war zones. Upon graduation from basic training, I was awarded the Honor Graduate Ribbon in 2009. In 2016, I was selected to the unit’s Quality Assurance team where I inspected equipment and evaluated personnel on preparedness. Leading the training program gave me immense satisfaction because I helped ensure mission completion through rigorous training that upheld our high standards. When I am not working I love spending time with my daughter Sofia. I am active and enjoy all sports and outdoor activities. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people from all over the world. I also love to read and study in general. I received my undergraduate degree in Communication and Network Security from Loyola University Chicago in 2016 and am currently a student at Northwestern University in the MSIT graduate program.
