My name is Chetan Swarup, and hailing from India, I graduated from the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology before embarking on a successful 6-year career as a software engineer. Throughout my professional experiences, I have developed a deep passion for technology and a keen interest in understanding how complex systems work. Now, I am thrilled to join the Master's in Information Technology program at Northwestern University to further expand my skillset. I am extremely excited to be part of the dynamic, diverse community at Northwestern. This program will allow me to not only learn cutting-edge technologies, but also interact with my talented peers and apply my expertise to real-world challenges. I look forward to leveraging my prior work experience to enrich my academic journey and drive innovation in the world of IT. Outside of my studies, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, reading about the latest advancements in science and technology, and volunteering for local community service initiatives. I am eager to immerse myself in the vibrant culture of Northwestern University and Chicago as I embark on this next chapter of my educational and professional development.
