PROJ_MGT 414: Project Feasibility Analysis & Valuation

Description

This course provides students with the essential tools needed to analyze the feasibility of a real estate development project, including a comprehensive process for determining the asset's valuation based on projected cash flows. Understanding how a client/owner evaluates project opportunities and forecasts asset performance furnishes valuable insight into the critical cost and revenue assumptions that drive a project's expected returns.

Prerequisite: Registration in PROJ_MGT414 requires the satisfactory completion of PROJ_MGT411 and PROJ_MGT412
