We are pleased to announce the return of our biannual workshop that brings together researchers from the region to discuss research at the interface of optimization and machine learning. The conference organizers are pleased to welcome Keynote Speaker Léon Bottou, as well as speakers from each participating institution.

Interested faculty, researchers, postdocs, and students from participating institutions are encouraged to attend. We are space limited, so we encourage early registration.
