'Applied Physics Letters' Issues New Article Authored by Razeghi & CQD Team
Her recent publication, uniquely demonstrates room temperature operation of In0.5Ga0.5Sb/InAs type-II quantum well photodetec-tors on an InAs substrate grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition.
Prof. Manijeh Razeghi's research has been published by 'Applied Physics Letters', titled, "Room temperature operation of InxGa12xSb/InAs type-II quantum wellinfrared photodetectors grown by MOCVD", in the March 19, 2018 edition (Volume 112, Issue 12) of Photonics Spectra Magazine for her recent advances in demonstrating room temperature operation of In0.5Ga0.5Sb/InAs type-II quantum well photodetec-tors on an InAs substrate grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition. Her coauthors include: D. H. Wu and Y. Y. Zhang, of the Center for Quantum Devices (CQD). This work was funded by DARPA.
