Advanced Endpoint Protection

The University already uses Palo Alto as a firewall solution to effectively monitor and control malicious activity on the internal network as well as traffic traversing its borders. Now McCormick is partnering with Northwestern Information Technology to pilot Palo Alto Traps as a next generation endpoint protection solution on its servers. Traps blocks malware and exploits, both known and unknown, before they compromise endpoints, such as laptops, desktops and servers by focusing on the small set of techniques all exploit-based attacks use.
