Max graduated from Universidad de Montevideo in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering. His capstone project "Design and implementation of an affordable lower limb bionic prosthesis" was awarded by the National Academy of Engineering and the National Engineers Association from Uruguay.
Through his education, work and personal projects, Max has come in contact with multiple prototyping technologies and enjoys a fast-paced, iterative product development.
Before graduating, he worked at an Industrial Automation and Robotics startup in Uruguay, collaborating with engineers to solve problems in multiple industries. After obtaining his degree, he switched roles and joined a software tech company as a Software Engineer and worked on building Big Data and Machine Learning applications on the cloud. Max's interest in robotics has long been present and through the years he has worked on multiple mechatronics projects for hobby & learning purposes.
