Qingyuan Chen graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with B.S in both Robotics Engineering and Electrical & Computer Engineering. He is passionate on robotics and determined on the long term goal of creating robotics systems that everyone can use in their daily life.

After his undergraduate study, he worked at Realtime Robotics as a robotics software engineer. During this time, he received valuable insights on industrial robots in the manufacturing industry and their working environment and user expectation.

Qingyuan joined the MSR program with the desire to expand his horizon on robotics. He is hoping to set a broad and solid foundation on robotics knowledge for his future pursuit in creating robotic systems.
