Srikanth graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His robotic experiences included Arduino programming and mechatronics. Post-graduation, he worked at Gather AI, a startup committed to automating the inventory process in warehouses through the use of drones. Srikanth worked on testing, design, and implementation of the robot and its accessories throughout his time with the company, and discovered many of his current interests in robotics while there. He also worked for Hitachi Rail where he built further skills in hardware design and testing. Srikanth's current interests include planning, navigation, SLAM, computer vision, and swarms.
