Declaring or Changing a Major or Minor
To declare a major, or a minor or Dual Degree in computer science, email CS Advising to request an appointment.
- Any McCormick Request - Declaring / Changing Major / Catalog Year / Dual Degree
- McCormick - Computer Science Minor Declaration please declare on the McCormick Advising System.: submit first quarter junior year
- Weinberg - Change of Major: submit end of sophomore year
- Weinberg - Computer Science Minor Declaration: submit first quarter junior year
Dual Degree
Curriculum
- Computer Science Curriculum Form: submit for advisor and program chair signature during the last quarter of junior year
- CS-399 Design Requirement Form
- Curriculum Petition: for non-study abroad courses, used to appeal or substitute transfer credits posted in MAS for other courses.
- Reduced Course Load Form
- Pre-Approved Transfer Credit: for current students, for coursework completed at another US institution
Graduation
The following forms can be used by graduate and undergraduate students in the department.
