Guidelines on how to transfer into the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences, both from within the McCormick School of Engineering or otherwise, are summarized in the following form:

• Freshman Declaration or Change of Major Form
• Change of Major/Change of Catalog Year (for sophomores and up)
